Please Read the Following While Placing the Orders for Valentines Day:
 

• Guaranteed Delivery of orders for metros in India (like Mumbai, Pune) placed by One Day before (13th February) 8:00 PM India Time. The Orders received after 8:00 PM on 13th February would be on best effort basis. They would be delivered by 15th February

• Due to heavy seasonal rush, We would NOT be able to COMMIT on the time for delivery of orders on Valentines Day. But all the orders qualifying the term above would be delivered on the Date Specified.

• The picture of Valentines Day Gifts are Indicative. The actual Valentines Day Gifts may differ from as it is shown on the website. No claim about the identical Valentines Day Gifts would be accepted.

• We take utmost care to send the message as given with the order. But sometimes, it is not possible to send the message due to heavy rush. In that case, no claim about the message would be accepted.

• Some of the orders for the Valentines Day given above may be delivered on 1-2 days before the Valentines Day also.

• We would try to maintain the flavor and shape of the cake as per the order. But due to heavy seasonal rush, we may not be able to commit on the flavor and shape. However the quantity of the cake is guaranteed.

• The Delivery Time of the orders on 13, 14 and 15 February is 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Your order can be delivered any time between this duration. Mumbaionlinegifts Team would not be able to provide the status of any order before the late evening.

• The Delivery Confirmation can be given next day only.

The Earliest Delivery time orders including cake is 12:00 Noon. The bakery shop opens after 9:30 - 10:00 AM. In order to deliver the fresh cake, the cake need to be baked fresh. So the Cakes would be delivered after 12:00 Noon Only.

1. For non-perishable commodities, respective brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product.
    

2. The perishable commodities displayed on the site and the actual products delivered will be similar and may not be exact replicas as these items are hand-made and can vary. However, in all such cases the quantity specified in the order will be provided as desired.
    

3. If ordered flowers / cake /sweets / chocolates are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver alternate flowers / cake /sweets of desired quality and equal to (or greater than) order value. 
    

4. Delivery schedule varies between same day delivery to delivery within three business days depending on the destination city. In the cities (Mumbai, Thane, Vashi, Panval, Navi Mumbai) we can deliver on the same day. If the desired delivery date is not available in the order, then order shall be delivered within 1 business day.
    

5. Special Occasions: On Special Occasions like Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Rakhi, Diwali, Christmas and New Years, the order volume is high. So we can not commit on the delivery time of the order. The orders placed upto 1 day in advance would be delivered on the date specified (not the time specified). The orders placed after 5:00 PM previous Day would be on best effort basis. They can be delivered next days also.
    

6. Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description shall be delivered. Conformance would be seek from the customer for the same through e-mail. However, if there is no response from the customer within 24 hrs., it shall be assumed that she/he has agreed to the delivery of the alternate product. However sometimes due to time constraint, it is not possible to seek the confirmation from the customer. In those situations, the item would be delivered as per clause 3 as given above.
    

7. No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non-delivery.
    

8. The owner of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally. 
    

9. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Bangalore, India only.

11. If the shipping address is incorrect and recipient is also un-reachable on phone
    OR if no one is available to accept the delivery of the perishable gift item (when delivery attempt is made) then in such cases the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made. 
     

12. While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Hospital.
    Hotel
    Full address of the hotel.
    Room No. 
    Telephone number of the hotel.
    Name of Tour company, if applicable.
    Hospital
    Full address of the hospital.
    Ward number or name.
    Home address of recipient with phone number.
     

13. If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
     

14. If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.
     

15. If Mumbaionlinegifts is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.
     

16. Quantities/ sizes specified on the site are indicative in nature and hence there can be slight variations in the delivered item, depending on the availablity of the gift items.
     

17. Mumbaionlinegifts has taken every care for the accuracy of the information provided in the site. It has exercised due diligence in providing the latest products/information. However, Mumbai Online Gifts or its employees or its affiliates are not responsible for the loss or damage caused to any of the users due to the information inadvertently provided in the site. Discount Offers, if any are not applicable on Gift Coupons.
     

18. The delivered item for the product categories 'Watches' and 'Apparels' may/ may not be exact replica of the images shown on the website (depending on the availability of the ordered gift item). Hence in such a case the delivered gift item for these 2 product categories (i.e. Watches and Apparels) shall be similar/ close-replica to the image shown for the ordered gift item.

For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Mariage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessability of our delivery team to the couple. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our order confirmation mail.
    
     

20. Genunity of information & interest of making payments:
    The customer promises that the information provided to Mumbaionlinegifts is true, correct and accurate. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of your account and credit cards or other payment mention at prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
    The customer agrees to defend indemnity & hold Mumbaionlinegifts and its affiliates harmless from all liabilities expenses including attorneys fee related to any violation of this agreement by them and also for the use of the services or transmission of any message or information by them Mumbaionlinegifts may modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.
